Shipping of product is arranged with commercial shipping carriers for you, once we receive your order.  Delivery and transit times cannot be guaranteed.  Shipping companies have cut-off times for same day pick-up.  Depending on when the order was placed and what type of shipping method is used, same day pick-up cannot be guaranteed.

Extra Shipping Cost

Remote and isolated geographical areas may incur extra shipping cost.  We will notify you if such applies, once your order is received.  If you do not want to accept extra charges, your order will be cancelled and you'll receive a full money refund.

Out of Stock

If an out of stock item is ordered, you will receive a notice with the option to accept a full money refund, or to wait until item is re-stocked for shipping to you.
